HOW TO USE

Hold your toothbrush at a 45 degree angle toward the teeth and gums and brush using gentle circular motions along the gum line and on all teeth surfaces. After each use, let the toothbrush air dry in an upright position. Replace your toothbrush every 2-3 months, or when the bristles get frayed.

Amazing toothbrush for sensitive gums
I have quite sensitive gums which tend to bleed if I use toothbrushes that are too big or too firm. I find the OJOOK bamboo toothbrush to be the perfect size and softness for my teeth and gums. Love that it's compostable as I've always been concerned about the plastic waste of changing toothbrushes every few months. The space to write an intention is a genius idea - it really helped me to be more mindful even during a seemingly menial task.

Fine bristle but firm, feels so good
This brush is so soft yet firm. My gum/ in between teeth feel so well massaged with this simplest toothbrush. Better than any other ones I've tried. Also love the little space that I can write a note. Cute idea.

Electric toothbrush who?
I have always been a loyal electric toothbrush user, so when I received my first OJOOK intention toothbrush I wasn't sure how often I would use it... I have been using the toothbrush for about a month now and have completely transitioned away from using an electric toothbrush! This bamboo toothbrush honestly does the same (dare I say better) job for way!! less than half the price of a high-end electric toothbrush - take a chance and switch!

If you would like to make a return, you have 5 business days from the day you receive your order’s delivery confirmation email. To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Care team at hello@ojookcare.com.

The items must be in unaltered condition, original packaging with the seal unopened to be qualified for a return. OJOOK reserves the right to reject any returned products that do not meet our standards.

Once the return request is approved you will be provided with a prepaid return label and instructions through email on how to return your order.

Once the returned items have been inspected and approved, we will issue a refund. Based on your financial institution and processing times, it may take up to 7-14 days for a refund to be processed and updated on your bank statement.

We suggest that you take the following steps below to locate your delivered order.

1. Ask your neighbors or doorman if they have mistakenly received your package. This is the most common reason as to why packages are not received.

2. Wait another 48-72 hours for your package to arrive. The tracking code may show as ‘delivered’ but it could take additional time.

3. The carrier may have tried placing it at a safe location. We suggest you to check: mailbox, porch, garage, any areas out of potential weather hazards, other entrances or doors near your residence.

4. Contact carrier service (UPS or USPS) and file a claim with them. In addition, please contact the OJOOK Customer Care team at hello@ojookcare.com.
