5 out of 5 starsComplete lack of customer service. Was never contacted after my purchase, so I sent a message. Seller didn’t respond to message, so I phoned and reached the store. Seller shared by phone and subsequent message that they’d contact me when shipper picked up item during specified shipping time range. I never heard from seller. Shipper texted the night before item’s arrival (so had to reschedule my appointments with less than 24 notice to accommodate). On day of delivery, shipper called as street address provided by seller was incorrect. Item is great (vintage nightstand - just what I’d wanted), so I’d recommend micromanaging by phone every step of shipping process with seller.
