I started buying this because i learned all about how most olive oil is on the market is either not olive oil at all or is diluted with cheaper oils. google it - olive oil business is super corrupt. i figure if im going to pay 15- 20 bucks for oil i want genuine olive oil. California is one of the only brands i know of that isnt imported, and it was rated as being trustworthy. whatever brand you buy, i suggest you read a little about the problem with the olive oil industry.

inported olive oil is normally sketchy

The best Extra Virgin Olive oil I have found so far.  If it makes you cough when consuming you know the Polyphenol content is high. This does that and for the price it is worth it. Remember to store away from sunlight.

Great value and healthy.

I like everything about 100% California ranch olive oil. I like that it's made with 100% California olives and not blended with other olive oils from different countries. I like that it's in a dark colored glass bottle and I like the information printed on the label stating where and when it was made. olives are not on the dirty list so I'm not concerned about it not being organic. have never been disappointed with this olive oil

The oil in a glass bottle was shipped in a plastic envelope without one piece of protection.   Glad it didn't break.

FALSE/DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING

This bottle was harvested in September 2021. The harvest date, not the expiry date, is what determines the freshness of olive oil. This bottle is almost two years old and is likely rancid.

I will not buy the California Blend again.  Very bland.  Thin consistency.  The Global Blend is WAY better.  Also, much better olive oils out there for the same price.  Not what I expected, although I had read negative reviews.  I still wanted to try it due to being single Origin, Non-GMO, and made in America.  Unfortunately, it was disappointing.  I used it for mostly cooking and adding to my dogs food for healthy fats.

ZERO FLAVOR

The bottle was covered with oil. Looks like a bottle may have gotten broken beside this one. Two small pieces of glass was stuck to it.
